JIGSAW SYMBIOSIS (earth)

The concept of Symbiosis struck a chord with me as an apt metaphor, because of the state of mankind’s relationship with the planet.

This series draws comparisons between different ecological relationships existing in nature, to those subtly suggestive interactions that feature man as the main character, and eventually, as an observer.

FREEZING POINT (water)

There's a strange allure, mystery, and power to water, that's quite impossible to ignore. 

Water changes things and affects beings. 

Nurtures. 

Diminishes.

Rejuvenates.

Destroys. 

A quintessential paradox.

Thunderous and crashing one minute, 

Brittle and delicate the next. 

Still, profound beauty remains.

'Freezing Point' was born from a need to document this magnificence, in spite of aversions to colder temperatures.

WATERCOLOUR HEAVEN (sky)

Nature, to me, is indeed the greatest artist. The sky however, is her most accessible canvas. 

Our blanket of wonder has been an inspirational haven for the poets, philosophers, artists, and daydreamers of this world. 

Various palettes dance above us without fail, as our days weave in and out of time. 

On countless occasions I've caught myself thinking, "What a gorgeous declaration of the sun's hellos and goodbyes."
